Since her debut as Olympia in Offenbach’s Les Contes d’Hoffmann at the Izmir State Opera, Franco-Turkish soprano Serenad Uyar has made a name for herself as one of the best coloratura drammatico of her generation. Hers is a 3-octaves voice of incredibly secure and powerful high notes combined with a warm voice and a strong middle voice.
