Vibe Rouvet

Vibe Rouvet is a young 22-year-old soprano who continues her musical studies at the HEMU of Lausanne in the class of Frédéric Gindraux and Jean-Philippe Clerc. Despite her very young age, her voice is incredibly mature and powerful with strong and secure high register (up to high A).

This year she was named « Jeune Talent Musica » by the Musica – Le Mans Festival.

She has attended the masterclasses of Helen and Klaus Donath, Nino Machaidze, Fabrice Boulanger…

Last year she sang Franck’s  Les Sept Paroles du Christ en croix  directed by Kaspar Zehnder at the Rosey Concert Hall, the Bride in Stravinsky’s Les Noces directed by Daniel Reuss and Schoenberg’s Pierrot Lunaire at Theater 2.21 in Lausanne under the baton of Guillaume Bourgogne and directed by Thierry Pillon.

In the summer of 2023, she was Barberina / Le Nozze di Figaro and Crobyle / Thaïs at the Musica Festival of Le Mans.

Her repertoire extends from baroque music (including Venus / Venus and Adonis by John Blow or Serpina / La Serva Padrona by Pergolesi), modern/contemporary music (Lulu in Alban Berg’s eponymous opera, Jonathan Dove’s Controller / Flight…) including the French Grand Opera (Mireille by Gounod, Ophélie / Hamlet by Thomas, Manon by Massenet…) as well as the Mozartian repertoire (Königin der Nacht / Die Zauberflöte by Mozart, Konstanze / Die Entführung aus dem Serail, Suzanna / Nozze di Figaro )

Next projects include : the Soprano / L’Opéra de Quatre notes of Tom Johnson at the Théâtre 2.21 in Lausanne; in concert John Rutter’s Requiem in Pau Cathedral, Mozart’s Davide Penitente in Sion and Mozart’s Requiem in Paris.
